I purchased this device, attracted by the numerous positive reviews found on other platforms. It broke a few hours after receiving it. I returned it for an early refund. For the short time I used it, it doesn't seem great to me. It works by suction, so the same result can be achieved with a silicone lip suction device, which costs a tenth of the price of the product in question, without the risk of it stopping working over time.

I like to plump my lower lip and i like that there are different suction levels. No pain. This machine does the job and i like that it comes with a small piece that makes a dividing line in the center of the lower lip.
